l have just purchased the new Chrysler 300 SRT 2012 Model. l fell in love with the car and what it has to offer. l am a 1st time owner of a Chrysler motor vehicle, as l have always been a faithful person to the 'aussie made' car. However unfortunately they have lost their way. So why am l writing this review, well l purchased the car and within 1 week l noticed the trim on upper console was lifting (adhesive failed). l notified Bayside Chrysler Frankston (who l purchased car from) and they assured me they would get new one in. Within 2 weeks l went in to get it fitted and then was told after sitting there for 1-2hrs that it was a left hand drive component, not a right hand drive??? Well it's now been 2 months since this time and after numerous phone calls l am being told that Chrysler USA cannot find the part number for the part......so therefore can't locate it, therefore can't ship it (or something like that). Now l go to make a formal complaint to Chrysler Head Office and l can't even contact them or email them from their own website to advise my disappointment. You have a great car to offer Australia but you have to baxck it up with exceptional customer service. Unfortunately l am not seeing this. l want to show off my car however everytime someone gets in the car the only thing they see is the part that has failed.....and then ask what else is wrong with this car. Chrysler, If you love your brand....then protect it by giving me me new part so l can showcase the car and be proud of it. God knows....others may also look at buying one.
