Marks was great to deal with from my first call which was returned promptly. He wasn't able to get out for an on site quote as I live North bridge so I sent some pictures and he provided me with a quote. I was a bit hesitant that he would show up and up sell me or increase his price. I was very surprised when Marks realized it wasn't going to be as much work as quoted and he actually reduced his price. I highly recommend Marks Tile and Grout Cleaning. It's rare to find this kind of integrity with contractors these days.
