The most incompetent, money grabbing organisation I have ever come across!!! Their way of doing business should be investigated by the consumers/fair trading authorities. In my opinion, they are bloody thiefs. I will never use them again!!!! It’s amazing how this mob can give their industry such a bad reputation!!!!
