TIG FREIGHT must be without doubt the worst freight company in Australia. They claim to have a great tracking system but believe me when it comes to it they have not a clue where your goods are. It's an outright lie in relation to a tracking system in my experience. 7 days and no idea if the freight has even left Melbourne. Very vey rude customer service as well. Make you feel guilty for asking where your freight is. TIG FREIGHT avoid them like the plague. At all costs.
