Started off great in 2011 with Kieran Martin but then passed onto subordinates who were sleepy and inefficient. Missed tax debts never got back to me on emails and I had to chase them to pay my tax. offered to go in every 1/4 so they would not forget me but I am obviously very non important and forgettable. Complained again and got handed over to Rick Watkins but what a waste of time that was. Will make sure to let my colleagues and extented network know to stay clear of this firm. What a difference changing has made, the accountant I see know actually reads the paperwork for 10 minutes before I walk in and seems to know everything there is to know and emails be back within 24 hours. Hope he does not change over time but the people who recommended him say they have been with him for 10 years and he has been terrific. This firm is too big for small business owners like me and they make you feel it.
