Unprincipled, dishonest, never do what they promise ... I am sure that this business only stays in business because they don't have any competition.
I took a pair of rollerblades in for a repair more than a year ago; the story so far. Lost the blades, changed staff, lost the repair order, won't return phone calls. My genuine Rollerblades, that only needed their locking straps repaired, have not been located, and are unlikely to be seen again.
Run a mile. Avoid this business at all costs.
