We ordered Plantation Shutters, External Awnings and Dual Roller Blinds in July 2018. We arranged installation on 3/10/18 and we paid in full. When the dual rollers were put up, some had white ends (what we wanted) and some had black ends??? The installer noted some were wrong, and said he would get the correct ends (all white) and return to finish the installation. He returned on 7th November - still wrong parts. He returned again on 26th November - wrong again. And then again on 9th January, and this time as he had the wrong parts again, he actually took one of the blinds down and took it with him. Since then we have not been able to contact the installer. We rang U-Blinds on 14th February, spoke to Leanna who said she knew all about our blinds, and she would ring us back by COB that day. We are still waiting for her call back. We rang again this morning 18th February, and Leanna "is in a meeting". We have now tried the online chat...someone will get back to us. We have also rung Jesse Ralph the Area Manager and left a message for him to call back. No one is taking ownership, no one is getting back to us. How anybody could possibly make these blinds and think they are ok absolutely amazes us.
