We were served by a man at the front counter who didn't know how to smile. He answered our questions but wasn't friendly at all. The lady who drove our shuttle bus was absolutely lovely and it was definitely hassle free. However, when we picked up our car they were very unorganized and apologised for not having our car waiting for us and also apologised for not having the time to hose it down. When we got in our car we had bat poo on the bonnet which definitely should not have been there as we paid for undercover parking. Also, the key to our home was extremely bent that we couldn't open the door to our house with it.
