absolute disaster - ordered and paid online and nothing - no delivery and I am about to start legal action. for anybody out there who has also been ripped off by these people, I just did an ASIC search and the company owners are: Azad Mortazavi - home address of 112 Excelsior Road, Mount Colah NSW 2079 and Darren Wilson - home address of 5 Swan Street, Cooks Hill NSW 2300. Under the Corporations Act 2001, their address to which ASIC sends notifications (I guess this is their accountants address) is PO Box Q175 QVB, NSW 1230.
I just printed off the Hunter Stone Invoice and whilst they have charged GST, there is no ABN on the invoice (I think this may be a no no with the ATO - I am going to give them a call to double check).
FYI and ASIC search only costs $9.00 on the ASIC website and it gives you the Directors home addresses so good value for money.
