RNA is a single man cabinet maker turned builder. Initially all seems to be pretty good till the contracts were signed. One of the main issue is that the work is not professionally organised and there are many instances that you get on calls to come immediately and decide when the workers are already on site. I built my second house with RNA in Mackenzie with the price attraction. Several times need to re do the work and sometimes need to satisfy with what they did as it is causing further delays in the project. The worst part is the finishing work where RNA have a tiler who has done lots of ugly finishes. Due to lack of organising there are several instances where the other workers has to come inside the house with their dirty boot after the tiling and this caused scratches and extensive dirt built up on tile joints. Once all the monies has been paid, there are heaps of small jobs to be done which most he never bothers to complete. There are 7-8 houses built next to my house and all the house owners has the same sort of issues and complaints. He has a wonderful strategy of ignoring such requests which in most cases the house owners eventually give up chasing him to get the things done! So if you are going forward better do your due diligence by talking to 3 or 4 his clients rather than regretting later.
