I moved to Newcastle recently and decided to try out Looksmart Alterations Kotara. Had a few shirts altered and pants to hem. The alterations were not done symmetrically, making the silhouette of the shirt uneven. They also did not alter the pants properly despite leaving it with them twice. I have been to a number of different tailors in different cities in the past and the skill and service demonstrated by Looksmart Alterations Kotara is well below average. What a waste of time. I do not recommend using this business and I will not be sending any more alterations to them.
