The head trainer kept cancelling my personal training sessions even after I'd prepaid. I am still owed one training session but the trainer never got back to me, last time he cancelled because he said he had to "work". I was never asked to sign a release form or given receipts. Other than that the facilities are ok and there is a nice view of the water when the back doors are opened.

Don't expect to be greeted by the staff when entering but expect to see a sour faced receptionist who can hardly break a smile when you look at her. The trainer spends most of the time babysitting the new kids while the others stand around wondering what to do. Lots of equipment. No airconditioning, it is very hot in summer.
