What you hope see is exactly how it is when you visit this amazing free range farm if you are ever lucky enough to visit Berrima Ridge Farm everyone of their hens are roaming free and loving the sunshine and being able to have dust baths, foraging about in the grass and not afraid of anything or anyone, just living their lives as they have the right to. No cages in sight. Beautiful big white dogs guard this farm and keep the chooks safe.
Anne and Warren are a delight and nothing is too much trouble for them. I feel very lucky to have been able to visit them. Such hard workers. I don't know how they do it and deliver their eggs to Sydney as well......if only every chicken farm could be like this.
ps we even got to have a cuppa in their gorgeous, homely, kitchen
