Our story: Well we were burnt by a few other web design firm in the past and we really just left it, as with anything once your have a bad experience you are cautious. So when we were approached we just said no and did not really want to bother with it. But the never gave up and explained to us that just because you order a chicken dish in two restaurants and it does not taste good, does not mean when you try a different chicken dish in another high quality restaurant its going to taste the same, we were initially shocked but felt that they did have a point, then they said they would cover the risk and made us a risk free offer so as to help us. The offer was good so we took it and are we now glad we did. Everything was done so professionally, we did not have to call them or chase them or anything and we were impressed and happy with the outcome of the project.
Another thing we noticed is that they really wanted to help our business and the customer care and after sales support was brilliant. It's really hard for us to recommend any business but our overall experience was very good and the designs outstanding, so this is a firm we very highly recommend!
