Where do I start. He pulled in very aggressively into my driveway, walked in with bare feet and when I introduced myself and asked for his business card he refused to give me one, he said the last thing he wants is more work and that he had too much. I thought to myself that was odd, had a bit of small talk and left him alone to do his job. He did a terrible job of cleaning the carpet and his hose connection to my tap was busted and spraying water everywhere. He quoted $20 for stain removal when the job was done the stains were still visible. He never mentioned anything about the stains not coming out but handed us the bill. So when we advised him we were not happy that the stains did not come out and only paid for the carpet cleaning ($65) he stormed off in a rage. You will not believe what he did next. He returned and proceeded to empty all of the dirty water pouring it all over our carpet that he just cleaned. I tried to reason with him to come back in and clean it up and I would give him the $20 but he swore at me and said that he wanted $40 and an apology to clean it up. I apologised and again tried to reason with him that we could sort it out but he refused my offer and drove off. Now the carpet is left with black mucky stains and my favorite shirt is also stained due to his actions.
