Thank you very much for the service. I have never had better from a face to face service call and to be treated this well over the phone was impressive. Will the technician couldn’t have been better. He helped me figure out what the problem was and if I had discovered it I could have fixed it. Instead I wasted the product. Will replaced it and guided me through the application process and made me feel like he was glad to do it. Hats off to you guys and the foam insulation, you’re great.
