We target home owners who may be thinking of selling their property and offer to provide them a Free market appraisal so they will know what their house may sell for in today’s market. We then send this enquiry to agents who have subscribed to our service and pay us a monthly fee per post code when a home owner enters their details this enquiry goes directly to the agent to follow up. The challenge for us is finding leads to send to agents if they are not receiving enough leads then they are likely to cancel the service and we have to then find another agent.
