Wellness Fifo Solutions- wellness, health and happiness solutions for the workplace!
A fun, interactive series of workshops that teach practical, evidence based skills to manage negative emotions and boost happiness. Each workshop runs for 35mins and is followed by an individualised 1:1 coaching and goal setting session. At the end of the workshop participants can log into their personalised wellness account to review content, access resources and continue learning at their own pace.
