Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner with 20 years clinic experience. My focus as a practitioner is to incorporate the best of medical testing while maintaining sound natural medicine principles of treating the cause, not the symptom. My consultations are focused on identifying potential causes of ill-health through comprehensive case note taking followed by objective functional medicine laboratory testing using blood, urine and saliva. Once all this data has been collected, clear and precise strategies can be implemented to improve health at the true causative level. While I have experience in treating a whole range of health conditions, my areas of particular interest lie in addressing the true cause of digestive complaints and IBS, stress and adrenal gland function, weight management and metabolism, sports nutrition, detoxing and cleansing, sleep disturbances and hormonal problems.
