Hi, I’m Rachel—a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others connect deeply with their bodies, nurture meaningful relationships, and live with mindfulness and intention. My passion for this work began early in life after my first experience with therapy at just eleven years old, following my parents’ divorce. That session left me feeling transformed in ways I couldn’t fully explain then, but it ignited a calling within me. Today, I channel that inspiration into guiding others on their journeys toward healing, self-discovery, and intentional living.
