To create unique flavours for you, The Classic Cupcake Co uses only the finest ingredients: locally sourced free range eggs, natural vanilla from Madagascar and the world’s most exquisite chocolate – Callebaut, made from sustainably grown cocoa beans by the maitre chocolatiers of Belgium, and Willie’s 100% Cacao, grown in Venezuela’s cloud forest, then roasted and prepared by hand. The Classic Cupcake Co’s flagship store in Mosman has a unique viewing window into the kitchen where customers can watch the bakers as they interpret the secret Victorian master recipes and create the constantly changing range of flavours.
We bake fresh onsite everyday and combine tradition with the finest products, sourced from around the world including Madagascan vanilla, the highest grade Belgian chocolate and the world-class Wille’s 100% Cacao from South America. We hand make all our fondant designs, never use artificial flavours or preservatives and only use free range eggs. Welcome to confectionary couture!
