Welcome to TANICA. We're the founders behind the bottle, Adriane McDermott and Kate Napier, friends and former creative partners at fashion swimwear label, Seafolly.
In 2020, after one too many lockdown hangovers and sugary spritzes, we reunited to fulfil a shared dream of starting our own brand and creating a healthier way to drink without giving up altogether.
With a wish list of botanicals from Adriane's favourite gins, we sought to create a cleaner drink, light and easy for making lower alcohol, lower calorie our favourite cocktails like spritzes, mojitos and margaritas and some new ones too. From the start, we also felt strongly about using Australian native ingredients, full of natural flavour without anything artificial.
