Customer service is great! If there is a flaw or issue with anything they will fix it ASAP. 4. Installation period may take longer but it's worth the wait!

I decided to go with motorized remote control option, I got the shades and they were rather simple to program. But I did not like the cable hanging from the shade so now I just hide it myself with a couple of inventions, I saved sooo much money and I have automatic shades installed! My Granny just found out that she could motorize a roller blinds a few days after they had installed our new blinds. She was really happy with it, especially that I choice the Timber wood blinds that adds classic and traditional look that complements our interior house design. GREAT DECISION! Love being able to raise and lower my shade without getting out of bed or couch. We ordered another set and these blinds are now all throughout my whole house.
