Swell Architects is a boutique architectural practice specialising in all types of residential design from single houses to medium density apartments, commercial and retail buildings.
What drives us
Swell Architects aims to create strong sculptural buildings, timeless as a Henry Moore sculpture, but easy to live or work in. Every project is considered from first principles, informed by the site, the client brief and local government requirements to meet the client's budget and time constraints.
