Suttons City Kia

Very poor service department that is just TOO BIG TO CARE about its customers. The service centre staff are rude. They really don't care about you or your car, especially if you have a problem with it. Our car was jet washed inside by Suttons, soaking the whole interior during a scheduled maintenance, because they left the window open. The response was very poor, and one that was very upsetting for our young family. Suttons were only happy in looking after Suttons. We sold our Hyundai to Suttons at a huge loss after numerous electrical failures as we couldn't deal with them anymore. Avoid at all costs, there are much better dealerships out there that are happy to get your business, and that will look after you. This is one mans review, which I felt I had to share as the whole sorry situation was one I would never want to repeat, or see anyone else go through.

SUTTONS CITY (ROSEBERY). Avoid these idiots! A large dealership with nothing short of incompetence across the service staff through to the mechanics! Cherokee brought in because of a brake fault. Took it to Suttons to get a second opinion from my local mechanic. Head mechanic was informed not to bother with diagnostic test as already performed. Had vehicle returned next day: informed by head mechanic Ahmed there was no problem or fault with brakes (considering my own local mechanic knew there was a fault with the brakes, yet not sure exactly what the fault was). Received my vehicle back with grease across the door leather and drivers seat AND a bill which included a diagnostic test! On top of that, when I went to get my free car wash given to me at time of dropping my vehicle off for inspection/ repairs, I was informed I couldn't get a free car wash as I didin't qualify! Have been back to get parts for a faulty tail light - some idiot Ahmed looked at the light and informed me I needed a complete new tail light casing unit; even though only the light fixture connection inside and bulb needed replacing! Calls himself a mechanic, such an amateur!! Dropped off to my local mechanic: 10 mins he replaced the bulb and fixture and did it for free! That's service and bending over backwards to do right. No surprise why I gave him a bottle of wine Bunch of incompetent idiots and amatuers at Suttons Rosebery!!! Want a brilliant and trustworthy mechanic close by: Dyna Motors - Crn Joyton Ave/ Elizabeth Str Zetland. Ask for George, he will get the job done for you and not charge the earth for a half arse job like Suttons City!!!
