Amy discovered her life passion at 20 years old in her very first yoga class. She has travelled the globe learning, living and sharing the joy and health that yoga brings ever since. In 1995, during a four month journey in India and Nepal, Amy qualified as a teacher of yoga under the guidance of Yogacharya Dr. Sushil Bhattacharya of the Patanjali Yoga Center in Nepal. She then went on to teach both in Japan and London at a renowned yoga centre where some of her most popular sessions were the Pregnancy Yoga and Mother and Baby Yoga classes. On her return to Australia 18 years ago, Amy found home in the beautiful coastal town of Noosa, where she lives with her partner, Andrew, and two children. Along her life journey, Amy has gathered valuable wisdom and skills assisting her to realise her vision of inspiring and empowering others to positively impact the earth, and live a balanced, vibrant and joyful life!
