Since we’re in the business of inspiring great ideas online and on mobile, we’re starting a series of meetups that brings this experience to the real (offline) world. So last week, we co-hosted our first StumbleUpon Wedding Meetup with Etsy Weddings, inviting local wedding-related experts to our offices to give attendees advice on their upcoming celebrations.
Throughout the evening we saw a lot of brides-to-be come through our doors, some with their bridesmaids by their sides and even a few with their fiancees in tow. There was a range of vendors, raffles and treats. Check out some of the highlights below:
Brides were first greeted by sommelier Anne Strand of Wino Woman and offered tastings of some of her superb wines. She provided her own personal recommendations for those with a specific wedding style and budget in mind.
