We chose Stellar as our builder because of the quality and style they presented and they lived up to the expectations with our home. Their friendly, approachable staff made the experience of building stress free and they kept us updated at all times.

We love the house and just can't stop talking about our experience with Stellar. Everyone was so wonderful to deal with. Thank you for being so lovely to deal with. And a big thank you for recommending Nikki (for our blinds) she was wonderful. Overall, we cannot express how happy we are with the house and Stellar homes, love it!

Building in the city can be a bit of a nightmare. Unlike building in the suburbs, there is nowhere for the materials to be placed, nowhere for the trades people to park their cars and the management of neighboring traffic is essential for keeping the peace. As my neighbors on either side had already built their properties, building my house was always going to be a difficult task. Most of the mainstream builders said the job was too difficult, however Stellar Homes was up to the task. The quality of a house build a bit of pot luck these days. Most builders hire contractors from a pool of available contractors to work on your home. If you're unlucky, you might get a dodgy contractor who doesn't do the job properly. Stellar Homes has a policy of hiring contractors that have consistently done a good job. This gave me peace of mind as I was building my house. One thing I liked about Stellar Homes was their flexibility. They were perfectly happy for me to inspect the property at any stage during the construction phase. They were even happy for other trades, hired by myself, to come in to do their work. Any issues or concerns I had were quickly rectified by a phone call or email. Stellar Homes provided excellent customer service from the initial design phase right up to any maintenance issues that I had after handover. Building a house can be a very stressful experience, both emotionally and financially, however constant communication between all parties made things a lot easier. While it's hard for me to compare as I've only ever built one house, I must say I was quite happy with the quality of the work at the end. I will definitely look at building with them again in the future.

Finished product is great. Value for money compared to other custom builders. We have been in our home a few months now and are very happy. The trades that came in after lock up were great guys and we cannot say enough about the tiler and painters and their attention to detail. Our supervisor was very easy to deal with and always answered any query we had. We have built before and realize that there is no such thing as a perfect builder but at the end of the day we believe that Stellar have built us a quality house at a good price. I think the key is to be reasonable with your expectations and always keep the lines of communication open. Overall I would recommend Stellar above other project builders.

I would like to thank you all for the support all the way through the process of building the house to an end. Everything went well as planned and we have got the house as we've dreamt. You have been wonderful and vigilant with your prompt responses and advice. Mark has proved himself to be a very competent supervisor- I think you have got a team of workers. Jon Carey, John Green, Zoe- every one was wonderful. Jerry - the Tiler is a very nice man as well. And Paul from Caspa he has been very supportive as well.

We wanted to let you know how happy we are with the house. In our last discussions you promised us that the attention to detail would be there in the finishing of the house and you were quite correct, it looks amazing. Thank you for building us the house that you knew you could. The quality and workmanship shows as soon as you walk in the door and this must be credited to you as it is your company. Despite the disappointment of our original plans for our front garden not being able to be completed to what we thought, we were pleased that we were all able to come to an agreement and build a great home. There are a few people that we would like to let you know who went above and beyond with their individual effort and professionalism. Firstly Glenn. From the moment he came on board everything ran smoothly. He answered any query we had with patience and good humor. His perfection to detail matched ours or exceeded ours, which is saying something! He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. He is a real asset to your company and we appreciate all that he did. Next up is Radenko and his son (painters). Rad's attention to detail was exceptional. It is rare to find a tradesman today who has such pride in his work and so particular. He painted our house as if it was his own. He is a true gentleman and always a pleasure to talk to. Gerry also took the time to actually work out the layouts of the tiles and to ring us before he even started to discuss how it would look. He did a fantastic job in both bathrooms and the finish is beautiful. We were both very thankful for Gerry's help and positive input . We would also like to say a huge thank you to all the office staff who helped us in one way or another. Michelle was brilliant at helping with all selections and sorting out all of our requests. All emails were replied to very promptly and professionally. Thanks to Zoe and Mark as well for fielding our numerous phone calls. Lastly today we finally had our concrete finished by Sandro from Auldana Foundations. He was true to his word and did the work in a professional manner with no ill feeling. We are thrilled with the end result of our aggregate driveway and paths and have already had numerous people commenting on how good it looks. There have been many trials and tribulations with building this house as there are with all. We said all along we were realists and that mistakes happen. Thankfully all problems were sorted in the end by yourself and your team with diligence. We truly love our house and have found very little problems. Your current staff are a credit to you and we wish you well in the future.

Hello Darryn, Firstly, my husband & I want to thank you for the excellent quality home you built for us. The attention to detail and finish are exactly what we were looking for in a builder and you have definitely provided both. We would like to thank all your staff and contractors for the great job they have done during the process. We would like to particularly make mention to Glenn, our Site Supervisor. He was extremely professional during the whole build and want to recognize the contribution he made to making our home what it is. Thank you also for the gift basket we received on the day of handover, it was a welcomed gift during a highly stressful time and have enjoyed all of the contents.

Excellent finishes, always wanting to please, friendly staff, honesty With this being our dream home we didn't want to build with a main stream builder, we wanted someone who was going to listen to what we wanted to build, not what they wanted. Over all we were very pleased from start to finish.

In any construction company you look for the quality of the individuals they have. We certainly saw that in Stellar Homes. They lived up to our expectations.

Great team. Excellent service. Felt like I was well looked after and my ideas reflected in the final design of my home. Construction Manager handled and coordinated building and trades well. While construction went well, there were a few minor hiccups, however, these were promptly sorted out. Compared to other builders I have used before, Stellar Homes certainly ranked higher in customer service and quality and making sure problems were fixed and that we were happy. Glad I gave them a go.

It has has now been almost 3 months since we took possession and we cannot impress on others how wonderful our experience was with Stellar Homes, from the internal staff to all the highly skilled tradesmen who had input along the way!

While building one home can be major task in itself, building two at the same time with Stellar Homes proved to be uncomplicated and stress-free. The professionalism of the project management team throughout the whole building process was second to none. After the completion of our new homes, and throughout the maintenance period, we were also impressed with the professional manner in which minor items were identified and remedied immediately. Building a new home can be a stressful time, however, Stellar Homes took the pressure off and we were able to sit back and enjoy the whole experience.
