At Springvale Nephrology, we recognise the importance of a holistic team approach. We work closely with all our referring medical practitioners in caring for patients with kidney conditions. We also work in close collaboration with our Springvale Endocrinology colleagues Dr Jane Tran and Dr Amy Wagstaff; in an effort to achieve the best outcomes for all of our patients.
