SMLXL Projects is a design, construction, fit-out and refurbishment business established in 2016. We opened our doors in the belief that the established construction industry needed to adapt and change with today’s challenges. By taking the current models apart and rebuilding from the ground up, we believe our agile approach works much better for everyone involved. With a strong persuasion towards workplace, retail and commercial fit out, our approach is designed to adapt to the changing needs of businesses.
Headquartered in a converted warehouse in the hub of Chippendale in Sydney, we work on a national level with teams on the ground in in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. SMLXL operates on the belief that culture drives productivity and wellness, and has a strong emphasis on employee communication, collaboration, wellbeing and performance.
