Company description
The studio offers pottery classes for all levels of experience – from the first timer with no experience through to the competent potter needing only access to wheels and a kiln.
Our beginners' 3 class package is designed to teach wheel throwing, trimming and glazing basic cylinders. The classes are 2 hours long and provide detailed demonstrations and continuous oversight, and include all materials.
Upon completion of the beginners' class, students are welcome to continue classes where they will improve their basic skills and learn more advanced techniques so they can take on bigger projects and make sets of matching functional ware, teapots, mold and slip cast pottery, slab and coil building, as well as various surface decoration techniques.
