Company description
"Sean's Kitchen is Sean Connolly's re-imaginging of a lost New York city scape, a forgotten time of meat packing and Wall Street glamour, when above all else, quality was the cornerstone of experience.
Within the adaptive re-use of what was previously North Terrace, we have aimed to create a found object, a metropolitan wonderland with the nostalgia of the 'old world'.
Each part of Sean's Kitchen has been hand crafted, each part telling its story of traditional tradesman ship, material sincerity and of a time of simplicity. Materials are robust and honest, the experience authentic and generous. Every part of our intention has been to match the architecture with the honesty and craft of Sean Connolly's own incredible offering.
Each portion of Sean's Kitchen is rich in experience; from the glitzy Traders Bar, walking past the street lamp lit park benches, the lead-light windows and luggage racks of the kitchen, the 'fire engine red' traditional cooking line, the old butcher shop, the museum of the hams and up to the distillery and private dining.
This experience is a sensory discovery, a story telling in which every moment is a rediscovery of lost traditions."
