Roy Manchester, B. E., B. Com., MIEA, Project Manager, has over 40 years’ experience in engineering.
Jenny Otway, Accounts Manager had experience in the UK as a PA to the Managing Director of a construction company, moving with the same country to South Africa, before moving with her husband to Western Australia and raising her family. She then re-entered the workforce, joining Scott Construction and Development.
Projects undertaken by Scott Construction and Development include seven consecutive residential subdivisions in Quinns Rock, consecutive subdivisions in Mandurah, Landsdale and Kwinana. In addition the company has completed lake and marine side subdivisions in Bayswater, Sorrento, Rockingham, Mandurah and Balcatta
