The Scarpa family has been on the highest point of the hairdressing style for three ages, my granddad Micheal Scarpa started this long custom when, thinking back to the 1940s in Italy and Paris he was winning different global honors when hair and up dos' were extreme masterpieces and making progress toward polish and complexity was a day by day practice.
