I have been in the service industry since 1973.and I have found that it is impossible to please everyone no matter how hard you try.
This morning I went to Samsung Plaza with my new Samsung tab 4 tablet which a bought last Friday.
The reason for my visit to Samsung Plaza is that I inserted the micro SD card in the Sim card slot and I could not get it out.
I asked them if it would be possible to attend to it while I waited as i had come from the country.
They said we will have a word with the tech and took the tablet to the workshop, only to come back 2 minutes later with the tablet and the micro sim card removed and said here you are , no charge..
That is what i call excellent after sales service. i am very impressed and will tell any one that needs service on their Samsung product to go and see SAMSUNG PLAZA in Canning vale.
