Company description
Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is developmentally appropriate to support children aged 3-10. Play therapy uses play and child’s creativity to help children express and communicate their feelings and their complex inner world. Play therapists use a variety of technics such as art supplies, puppets, and a sand tray to encourage self-expression in a safe and accepting therapeutic space. Play also helps children process their difficult experiences and develop insight, social skills, problem solving skills and emotional regulation.
