The founder and managing director is Mark M.J. Morris. He has a well-rounded academic education in commerce and law (B.Com LLB MBL) and about 20 years international experience (Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom and New Zealand) in advising and assisting businesses on M&A, capital raising, capital structuring and other corporate activities.
