Since beginning in 2013 in the property development sales industry, we have now grown into selling established properties in the Moonee Valley Area.
As we are not a franchise, we are able to set terms very favourably for our clients whom are looking at selling through us. We also offer the highest levels of service with particular focus on promptness, constant communication and being available 7 days.
Our established properties sales division focuses mainly in the north/west area of Melbourne – areas such as Keilor East, Essendon, Niddrie, Moonee Ponds, Airport West, Avondale Heights and Ascot Vale. We are based locally and know the areas extremely well.
We are a REIV Member Agency, offer all the marketing & advertising the big agencies do, offer private and auction sales, we do everything but for less!
With our property development sales division – it focuses on boutique apartments, townhouses and house/land all over Melbourne. We have some wonderful relationships with developers and we offer some great opportunities to our clients. Brand new and off the plan sales requires specialised advice and that’s what we are here for.
