RAMS runs on a franchise model, and all home loans go through a franchisee. RAMS Home Loan Centres are open Mon-Fri and by appointment. However, if customers aren't able to make it to a RAMS Home Loan Centre, an experienced RAMS Home Loan specialist can visit them at their home or office.
