Yes, I’m putting this all over the internet, because this is the worst online buying experience ever. I ordered a grip and string, paid them at the same time, received an email right after about my order. After 2 days I received another email said my order status change to confirm, I wasn’t sure is confirm means they going to send it, so I called them on the following day, I called them over 20 times in the following days, no one ever pick up the phone, and I have left them messages, but no one ever get back to me. And I also send them emails, same thing, no reply at all. Finally after 10 days, they sent me a email tell me that the grip colour I want was out of stock (when I paid, the site says in stock), and asking me do I want a different colour. I told them I don’t want the grip and string anymore, because you waste me 10 days and tell me you out of stock, I don’t want them, I want all my money back. On the next day, they reply my email, tell me they have already sent the string today, and wait for the grip re-in stock next week, then they will send it out. And I told them if you have already sent the string, keep the string money, refund my grip money. And now is been 20 days, I did not receive the string that they sent and they did not refund any of my money. In the last few days I call them, leave them messages, email them, but no reply at all.
