What a wonderful group of people. Yesterday we lost a wheel from our campervan and the towies arrived promptly and they were extremely polite and reassuring. We then went to the Coopers Plains holding centre and all employees there were just as polite and helpful. They were genuinely interested in our concerns and welfare. All employees who went passed stopped and talked to us showing sincere concern. The assessment process was quick and within a little over 24 hours, Peter had the insurance claim as good as finalised. What an amazing team. Congratulations RACQ. We are so glad we are with you.
