Traditionally a plaster laboratory, we now manufacture our positives and EVA negative orthotics using CADCAM technology. This technology ensures a more accurate device, a more accurate replication on repeat orders and lifetime digital storage of your casts. Integral to our laboratory is the ScanAny System, an in-clinic scanning device, designed for the podiatrist to eliminated messing, time consuming plaster casting. It costs less than $US2,500, comes with in-clinic training and on going support at no charge and a FREE lifetime warranty. The Laboratory Orthotech is a Biomechanical Foot Orthotic Laboratory. We manufacture from Plaster Negatives, Foam Impression Negatives and ScanAny 3D Images.
