Bad customer service, rude female staff member and unwilling to understand and help out customers. OBD website clearly states they will offer a refund for purchases if they are unhappy with any products for any reason, but refuse to refund any money and only offer a store credit. So I was forced to exchange for other items I didn't even want because they only stock limited brands/items. It seems like all they want is your money. Every other store offers refunds and don't hesitate, as you don't always know what you're getting when you purchase goods online so it is only fair that they offer a refund. Many companies rely on repeat business/customers, I won't be giving these guys any more of my money, I advise others to steer clear of OBD purely because of their lousy customer service and misleading information on their website.
