Unfortunately, I feel obliged to write a VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW of this business. The gentleman who attended to me (who said his name was MARK) was one of the RUDEST businessmen I've ever come across. As a car shopper keen on purchasing a used car and flexible in price range, I approached him about one particular model in his fleet that in my opinion had a decent asking price. As part of standard negotiation practice, I suggested a lower price based on market value (from what I had seen in weeks of price comparisons and shopping). From there he refused to discuss any further with me, and went about doing so in a rude and crass manner. I never said his price was too high or out of the question; I simply was testing out the waters of what might potentially be, if I would've ended up purchasing the car, a longer-term relationship. What this gentleman demonstrated was IGNORANCE, a poor sense of judgement and concern for customers, which is a RED FLAG for anyone looking to deal with a used car dealership -- what a negative note to start on if one is going to establish trust and honesty regarding purchasing a car. I respectfully suggested that he could be more professional and courteous with customers, and that I had not yet suggested that I was not interested in making a purchase from him. He basically lost himself a customer. He ENCROACHED on me, saying "You got a problem?", with the vibe of picking a fight (like a "c'mon, I dare you.") I mentioned that I would write a negative review -- a statement which, to anyone with common sense, is an invitation to turn things around -- and he continued to show DISRESPECT and disinterest. He took a photo of my license plate (as if that would do anything, considering that all I did was talk). There were people around to witness this.
If this man represents this business, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, especially considering that one would be purchasing a car, which is not a light investment. I normally don't write negative reviews, but I feel it is the responsible thing to do to alert other potential buyers. Customer service should be a #1 priority for any business. STAY AWAY.
