Though we are not a recruitment agency, we have had some mining companies contact us looking for operators and have been able to assist a number of people in gaining employment in the industry. My Solution Training was established as we saw a need for quality one-on-one training on real size mining machinery. We understand how nervous some people are about their capabilities and wanted them to learn in a relaxed atmosphere with trainers who are genuinely nice people.
