Using my industry knowledge backed by the resources and proven processes of Mortgage Choice, I'll assess your circumstances against hundreds of loan products from our panel of lenders to provide you with a clear choice of the products available and which are most suited to you.
Deciding on a loan
I'll present you with detailed information about each loan, cut through the jargon, answer any questions and provide guidance to help you choose the loan that's right for you.
Application, approval & settlement
With the decision made, you sit back and let me take care of the legwork. I complete and submit the application, liaise with the lender and other parties, give things a push if needed, and manage the process through to settlement. Naturally, I'll keep you fully informed every step of the way.
Extended care
After settlement, if you have any questions or if circumstances change, I'm just a phone call away.
