MARR-KETT is based in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia and and brings to you a wonderful offering of carefully curated homewares and clothing specialising in pieces from Morocco along with celebrating local artists and makers.
MARR-KETT's owner, Sallyanne Adjemian, has over 20 years experience working within the Moroccan market and the textiles and design industry. Her expert team brings you authentic artisan made pieces, such as rugs and cushions, sourced with care and produced fairly alongside our artisan partners.
The shop was born from a sense of adventure, a love of travel, textiles and antiques and a constant hunger for the unusual, exotic and one-of-a-kind. With the ethos that our homes should be as unique as we are and be a reflection of ourselves and who we strive to be. A beautiful balance between practicality and adoration.
The name MARR-KETT originates from a love affair with Morocco spanning almost 21 years, in particular Marrakech and the excitement and vibrancy of the markets/souks and the Atlas Mountains.
