Lords of Lashes Training Academy was founded by Shae Bailey who has been an eye lash technician for 4 years. Shae has been an educator for over 2 years now and has taught over 100 students across Australia and New Zealand. Shae began as a junior lash technician in a salon to enhance and fine tune her skills, eventually becoming a senior lash tech.
