Absolute thieves the only thing they were missing was their balaclava...We had a cooler unit stop working and it wasn't that old so we got them to come out to fix it. Took him about 5 min to tell me the cooler was burnt out, he then proceeded to quote me on a replacement ($1280), I declined he then gave me a call out bill for $220. We then went to the Good Guys to see about a replacement. Whilst having a chat with the friendly sales guy he tried to sell us the same brand cooler we already had telling us how good they are. we told him that this was the same as the one that we just had, he then suggested to call the manufacture as this was very unusual, we did. The manufacture sent someone out the next day, he had it working in under a minute. In disbelief i asked him what was wrong and he said he just hit the reset button, he told me this is an overload safety device and on occasions will trip due to a power surge. Bloody unbelievable he didn't even charge me.
