Born and raised in New Zealand, Katie Flinn is the mastermind behind Katie Flinn Design. Now residing in Northern Rivers, Australia, Katie single-handedly creates each piece of her minimal, organic, and handmade jewellery collection. Her journey into the world of jewellery making began during a trip to India in 2016, where a two-week workshop ignited a passion that quickly transformed into a thriving business.
Katie's designs, inspired by fantasy realms, organic textures, and fluid movements, are lovingly crafted mostly from sterling silver, solid gold, and an array of gemstones, particularly Boulder Opal from Queensland, Australia. Her creations carry a mystical tone, echoing her love for sci-fi and fantasy. The artisan's touch in every piece is a reflection of Katie's dedication to her craft and her commitment to sustainable, ethical practices. There's a magical bond she forms with each piece she creates, a bond that is shared when her customers fall in love with her work.
